Registrations is now Closed for the 25th Anniversary Ad Nats

To all Car show entries, final details for the 2013 show have been made and we are underway to processing the vehicle applications. They will start going back out in the mail to you by March 8th. We were hoping to get the lower old Gaslight Village for additional show cars, unfortunately the construction will not be completed in time for our Show to use it.

Good news, as you will read in your return material, "The Count" from Counting Cars, will be at our car show for the Weekend. Don't be surprised if he is wandering around trying to buy someone's vehicle.

Also, our Car show Fundraiser Raffle for 2013 will benefit the Double H ranch. Please support a good cause and who knows, you may just win a cool prize as well. Need not be present to win, raffle open to anyone.

A note to all 2012 Award winners - If you would like to send in your vehicle picture and write up for the book, you can do so by email and send to arkvendors@yahoo.com. Please include text in email and attach .JPG or .BMP formats of the vehicle. Deadline will be May 1st for editing purposes.

Great News! Celebrity Guest for the 2012 Ad Nats - Stacey David

Stacey David from GearZ on the Speed Channel will be at the show on Friday and Saturday. He will have times during the show for autographs and will also be doing a couple speaking sessions for anyone interested in tech tips.

A message to all Registrants with returned applications

The Members of Albany Rods & Kustoms would like to apologize to those who sent in a vehicle registration and had it returned due to the show being filled. We regret having to have a cutoff every year, but due to the limited show area we are given, we can only fit roughly 1400 cars on the grounds. We do anticipate some people not being able to come or cancelling out, so we may have space available on the day of the show, however, it is hard to predict how many we will get, but every year we do get them.

We urge you to still come and attend the show and we will try our best to find space for everyone. We are also in discussion with the Village of Lake George to get extra parking space for more show cars. Hopefully they can help us out in the near future.

Again, the club is sorry not everyone made it in. We like to see everyone who wants in, get in.

2011 Winners Letters will be mailed out in February after registration opens, requesting photos and story for our 2012 Book.

2011 Car Show Video

2011 car show video has been approved and the Master is getting replicated right now. We are keeping our fingers crossed and hope to have them early enough to send for Thanksgiving.
